pultrusion process
Pultrusion is a continuous process for production of constant section profiles made from reinforcement(glass fiber roving and woven fabrics) and polymeric resin .The pultrusion process includes: the reinforcement's passage through an impregnation bath where reinforcement gets in close contact with the polymeric matrix, and the resin curing in the die where high temperature. activates the resin cure.

The pultruded FRP Cable Tray is suitable for electrical cable, controlling cable, lighting cable and distributing line with the voltage under 10KV. It can be installed with technological line, suspended above the floor or under beam, and also can be installed on the inside or outside wall or the sidewall of tunnel and cable ditch. Sometimes pultruded FRP cable tray can be installed on open-air column.
